"Pareto (Parèj in Piedmont and Liguria) is an Italian town of 649 inhabitants in the province of Alessandria, in Piedmont, situated on the border with the province of Savona. The area has strong linguistic and economic ties with Savona and the Riviera di Ponente which is only 30 km. The country is 27 km away from Acqui Terme, 37 km from Ovada, 60 km from Genoa and 60 km from Alexandria. It is part of the Apennines mountain community Aleramico Obertengo."
